ConvCom provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage intelligent chatbots across multiple channels including web, WhatsApp, and Instagram. The Service allows you to train chatbots using your own data and integrate them into your customer communication workflows.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
