Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

We offer a trial period with 50 free conversations to allow you to evaluate our Service before making a purchase. This trial is provided to help you make an informed decision about whether ConvCom meets your needs.

By subscribing to a paid plan after using the trial, you acknowledge that you have had adequate opportunity to assess the Service and agree to the no-refund policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your ConvCom subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

  • Log into your account and navigate to Billing settings
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the cancellation prompts
  • Or contact our support team at anchal@convcom.ai

Important: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

3. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days in the billing period
  • Your data will be retained as per our data retention policy

4. No Exceptions to Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Failure to use the Service
  • Subscription renewals
  • Partial months of service
  • Usage-based charges or overages
  • Add-on services or features
  • Account suspension or termination for Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after purchase

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately at anchal@convcom.ai. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors. This is the only circumstance under which funds may be returned.

6. Subscription Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan:

  • The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in price
  • You will retain access to current plan features until the period ends

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
  • We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available
  • Please contact us directly at anchal@convcom.ai before initiating any dispute

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
